Helen M. Scully, MS, NCCC (Nationally Certified Career Counselor
Helen is SCA's principal consultant. She has a Master of Science degree in Career Counseling from California State University, Sacramento (CSUS). She is a Nationally Certified Career Counselor (NCCC) and has twenty years of experience delivering career development services. Helen offers a practical, direct road map to career satisfaction and success. Insightful, supportive, knowledgeable, and experienced are some of the terms her clients use to describe her.  She is experienced in helping individuals find a suitable direction, develop a strategic job search, develop a winning resume and interview successfully.  She is both a big picture strategist and a tactical coach.

Helen has a background in human resources and spent eight years as the Associate Director of the Career Center at the University of Pacific in Stockton, California. She is also an experienced corporate trainer. She offers workshops on team building, interpersonal communication, dealing with difficult people and an array of career related topics. Helen is also the author of Elevations, an online career assessment tool in use in colleges and universities, organizations and in consultant practices around the world. She is a sought after speaker on business and motivational topics.

Michell S. Jay, MS
Michell is the Career Development Marketing Director for Elevations, a comprehensive online assessment for individuals in transition or for corporations creating internal career development programs. Elevations is published and distributed by Scully Career Associates, Inc.

Michell holds her Master of Science degree in Career Counseling and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations and Organizational Communication from Sacramento State University.

Michell is the first point of contact for all Elevations customers. She has extensive sales and marketing experience including the operation of a family business, retail marketing and business to business sales. She ensures complete satisfaction and ongoing support—and helps clients customize Elevations® for their individual use. She explains the features of Elevations and enjoys providing on site or telephone-based presentations. She is also an experienced career coach and career assessment resource.

Stefanie Hopper, MS, RPCC
Stefanie Hopper, a Senior Associate, is known for her innovative, hard-hitting advice. She is a Registered Professional Career Counselor

(RPCC) who provides career direction and job search solutions for professionals and executives from a wide variety of industries. She also facilitates groups in career transition, networking, and E-learning. Areas of strength include comprehensive self-assessment, career planning, job search, and change management. She provides solid strategy for job seekers in tough situations.

Stefanie has over 10 years of business experience in the banking industry, with specific emphasis in sales and staff development. She has a Masters of Science in Career Counseling from California State University, Sacramento and a Bachelors of Science in Psychology.
